Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer to be eligible for a full refund.
- For certain special tours or activities (like sea excursions), a longer notice period of 48 hours is required due to third-party vendor policies.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking or no-shows are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be redeemable within their validity period.
- Special promotional tours or discounted packages are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Certain third-party services (like tickets booked through partners) may have separate cancellation policies beyond our control.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

- Provide your booking reference number and details to help us process your request efficiently.
Refund Process
- Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable transaction fees.
Exchanges and Rescheduling
- If your plans change, we encourage you to reschedule your tour or service rather than cancel, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking date.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
- No refunds or rescheduling will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Tours and transfers will depart on time as scheduled.
Special Circumstances
- In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), refunds or rescheduling options will be handled case-by-case.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
