Overview

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance for standard tours and transfers.
  • For sea activities (such as catamaran cruises, snorkeling, dolphin watching), bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and safety arrangements.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking through our official website holidaywonders.org or authorized partners.

2. Booking Channel Disclaimer

  • Kindly ensure all bookings are made exclusively via Holidaywonders.org or our authorized partners.
  • Booking directly with drivers or third parties not authorized by Holiday Wonders is not recommended and carries significant risks including lack of insurance coverage and no guarantee of service quality or safety.
  • Holiday Wonders (operating as Dream Wonders Destinations Ltd, License No. 3655, recognized by the Mauritius Tourism Authority) provides fully insured services with comprehensive safety measures and customer support when bookings are made through our official channels.
  • We disclaim all responsibility and liability for any incidents, damages, or losses arising from bookings made directly with drivers or unauthorized third parties.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy page for detailed information on cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility.
  • Cancellations must be made with the required advance notice to avoid penalties (see section 1).

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information during booking to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Passengers are expected to arrive on time at pickup points; Holiday Wonders is not liable for missed tours due to late arrivals.
  • For safety reasons, certain activities may have restrictions (age, health conditions, etc.) which customers must comply with.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Holiday Wonders maintains insurance coverage for all tours and transfer services booked through official channels.
  • We strive to provide safe and reliable experiences, but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events outside our control (weather, government restrictions, third-party operator failures).
  • Liability for bookings made outside of our official platform is disclaimed.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritius courts.
